Refund Policy

Thank you for participating in Mountain Goat Events. Please review our refund policy carefully. All race entries are considered final and non-transferable to other events.

Eligible Refund Reasons:

We only accept refund requests for the following genuine reasons, provided they occur after race entry registration:
  • Pregnancy.
  • Overseas job postings or job relocation.
  • Permanent disability caused by accidents, work, or sports competitions.
  • Death.
  • Supporting official documents (e.g., doctor’s note, employer’s letter) must be provided.

Refund Conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted no later than ONE (1) month before the event date.
Only race entry registration fees are refundable. Personal expenses (e.g., accommodation, flights, transportation) are not included.
A 6% gateway charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Requests failing to meet these criteria will not be processed.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, email mountaingoatmy@gmail.com with the subject: EVENT/NAME/CATEGORY and attach the following:
  • Race confirmation slip or email.
  • Payment slip or email.
  • Reason for withdrawal.
  • Supporting documents.
  • Banking details: Bank Name, Account No., Account Holder Name, IC & Mobile No.

Event Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other situations (e.g., terrorism, war), the organizer may re-route, shorten, or cancel the event. No refunds or transfers to other events will be provided in such cases.
